Future Me: 30 Day Challenge with Dr. Tiffany Polite (June 2 – July 11, 2025)

This 30-day challenge uses futures-empowered daily prompts to help you shape your aspirational self and build effective habits that consider impacts to your future.
The prompts include a variety of reflective questions, activations, and goal setting. Not only will you build a robust plan for yourself, but you will also gain an understanding of the field of Strategic Foresight, a practical way to create functional views of alternative futures and possibilities.
Specifically, each week I’ll provide you with tips from the Natural Foresight® methodology which is an approach to Strategic Foresight that leverages the complex environment we are in to unlock a futurist mindset.
This type of experience is most effective when it is conducted collectively. To this end, you will engage with not only with me but other like-minded peers to stretch the boundaries of what we believe is possible through a dedicated discussion group.
The lessons follow the Natural Foresight® Framework:

- Discover: Recognize personal biases and assumptions that may limit your perspective on future opportunities.

- Explore: Look outside-in to radar and identify trends and emerging issues that will impact us.

- Map: Develop scenarios, or stories, that explore probable, provocative, and preferred futures.

- Create: Integrate foresight into your decision-making processes and actions to create a more future-proof and resilient approach to life.

The 30-day Challenge takes place across 30 business days.
On each business day you will receive an automated email reminding you to navigate to the course, answer the daily question, and interact with your peers in the discussion group.
I will reach out to you on details regarding other touch bases and am always available for your questions.
The Challenge takes place on this foresight platform, my.TFSX.
As part of your registration, a Guest account will be created for you under this email address. You will then access the Sign In page and select “Forgot Password” to reset it and get started.
