In this era of deep uncertainty, complexity is not just a challenge—it’s an invitation to cultivate a new way of seeing and being: to remember what we’ve forgotten—the deep, sacred entanglement of all things. It calls us to unlearn our need for the rigid maps of control and instead attune to unfolding patterns of emergence. It invites us to weave together diverse and sometimes forgotten ways of knowing: allowing intellect to dance with intuition, science to partner with soul, and leadership to become a co-creative conversation with the pulse of life itself.

In this talk, we will explore what complexity is and how we are not separate from complexity.  We are complexity—entangled in the cosmic dance of becoming and unbecoming, held within the rhythms of life. Within this dance lies the pragmatic work of wayfinding—letting go of our need for maps, sensing the path as we walk, choosing our next steps wisely and continuously evolving with what emerges.
