Foresight Profile Scales Template

Foresight Profile Scales Template

What is the foresight mission for your organization? Whether you’ve learned about Strategic Foresight recently and are looking to identify first steps, or you’ve been tasked to lead a foresight team and would benefit from gaining alignment to strengthen your efforts, clarity is always useful. It’s critical for any initiative to discuss best practices, goals, and milestones. This is especially true for foresight teams who are known to push the envelope and encourage colleagues to think differently. What is the role of the foresight team– are you “The Knight” focusing largely on risk management and threat assessment or “The Court Jester” seeking to challenge and disrupt? How is success defined, and when is your focus? Answer all ten questions and have the option to coalesce on a “foresight persona” to further socialize futures thinking throughout the organization.
